Consent to Digital Communication and Data Processing (Coach Version)

1. Communication and Support
For the purpose of conducting, managing, and documenting the coaching process, I use digital communication services such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, Signal, email, or comparable platforms.
I am aware that these services may process personal data (messages, photos, metadata) on servers located outside the EU, where an equivalent level of data protection may not exist.
I agree to voluntarily use these communication channels and to transmit personal or image-based data to Androsculpt.
Androsculpt has no control over how these third-party providers process data and is not liable for their handling of such information.
2. Purpose and Storage
The transmitted data will be used exclusively for coaching support, training documentation, and internal administration.
Data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or to comply with legal record-keeping obligations.
3. Voluntariness and Alternatives
The use of the mentioned communication channels is voluntary. As an alternative, communication can always take place via email or Signal.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future (for example, by email or by sending a message with the word “STOP”).
After withdrawal, communication via the specified channels will cease; any existing data will only be retained as long as legally required.
5. Publication of Photos (Optional)
I consent to Androsculpt using anonymized or non-identifiable photos (e.g., body photos without showing the face) for demonstration or documentation purposes.
Identifiable photos will only be published following separate written consent.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence and External Platforms
As part of the style consultation, my uploaded photos may be processed for internal analysis and style simulations (e.g., hairstyles, outfits, colors).
External AI-based services such as Adobe Firefly, Envato, Ideogram, or comparable platforms may be used for this purpose.
I understand that these providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and may operate servers outside the EU.
Philip Wozniak/ Androsculpt uses these tools solely for the purpose of individual style evaluation and has no control over the manner, location, or duration of processing performed by these external services.
It cannot be excluded that photos may be temporarily stored or used by such providers as part of technical processes (e.g., model training, caching, or quality optimization).
Androsculpt does not independently publish or share any of the photos.
By signing this form, I agree that my photos may be processed on such platforms for the stated purpose. I acknowledge that Androsculpt is not responsible for data processing carried out by these third-party providers.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
I am informed of my rights under data protection law (access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).
8. Age Confirmation
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of my legal guardian(s).
